Choose the right tip for a neater caulk line

The PROMASTERTOOL™ Caulking Nozzle Applicator gives you a selection of applicator profiles for guiding sealant along joints and edges. Choose a nozzle that suits the joint, fit the appropriate connection base, and work with steady pressure for a more controlled bead.

Stainless-steel tips are paired with red nozzle holders and yellow connection bases. The reusable design makes it practical to switch between profiles for different sealing tasks around the home or workshop.

For kitchens, bathrooms, frames and trim

Use an appropriate nozzle when applying a suitable sealant along countertop-to-wall joints, around sinks, beside door and window frames, or at trim edges. Select a sealant intended for the surface and conditions, and prepare the joint according to its instructions.

Match the nozzle and connection to your setup

The different tip profiles help you approach narrow joints and wider finishing lines. Yellow connection bases provide different mounting shapes. Choose a base that matches your cartridge outlet or dispensing setup, check that it seats securely, and test the flow before starting the visible joint.

Check connection compatibility before ordering. Cartridge outlets and caulking equipment vary, so confirm the mounting style used by your equipment.

Choose your set

Available in 22-piece and 27-piece options. Select your preferred option before adding the item to your cart. The photographs show nozzle details, connection examples and applications.

22-piece set: 16 nozzle applicators and 6 connection bases.

Nozzle sizes for the 22-piece set: 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, 30 and 35 mm.

Build a consistent bead

1. Prepare a clean joint and select a suitable sealant.
2. Fit the nozzle and compatible base securely, then make a short test bead.
3. Maintain a steady angle, speed and pressure as you move along the joint.
4. Finish the bead and allow it to cure as directed by the sealant manufacturer.

Clean and reuse

Remove leftover material promptly after use and clean the nozzle and base using the method recommended for your sealant. Clear the outlet before storage so the tip is ready for the next project. Caulking guns, sealant cartridges and workshop props shown in application photos are not included.
